the Navigator Marketing Services Team:


Web Designer/Developer

Searching for web designer/developers to join our team, and assist in providing marketing implementation services to clients, including WordPress and html web design and build; sales and landing page design and build; and ezine design, code and set up. The role requires both web development and design skills, using a clean, up-to-date, and fresh style.

The ideal designer/developer will be skilled in:

  • Strategies and techniques used in the Internet marketing industry
  • HTML, PHP, and javascript
  • WordPress, and preferably StudioPress/Genesis theme for WordPress
  • Web and graphic design using Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Google Analytics setup and integration with WordPress
  • Aweber or comparable for newsletter setup and list management.
  • Knowledge and experience with search engine optimization a plus
  • Skill in 1ShoppingCart, Infusionsoft, Paypal, and/or Volusion is helpful, but not required.

Candidate must have at least 2-3 years experience as a subcontractor, or in own business, as a WordPress designer/developer with Internet marketing experience. This is a part-time sub-contractor position offering up to 10 hours per week with growth potential. This position will allow you to work from your own home office.


Technical Virtual/Marketing Assistant

Searching for technical virtual/marketing assistants to join our team, and assist in providing marketing implementation services to clients, including WordPress and html web page updates; blog posts; e-commerce set-up; site back-ups and security updates; social media set-up; and ezine set-up and list management.

The role requires technical knowledge of tools used in online marketing, along with significant attention to detail; self-starter initiative; and the ability to work independently.

The ideal technical virtual/marketing assistant will be skilled in:

  • WordPress and basic html
  • 1ShoppingCart, Infusionsoft, PayPal, and/or Volusion
  • Google business tools such as Feedburner and Analytics
  • Social media strategy, setup, and management (primarily Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn)
  • Aweber or comparable for ezine and list management
  • Knowledge and experience in optimizing web and blog content for SEO is a plus

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2-3 years experience working as a virtual marketing assistant supporting clients with e-commerce and Internet marketing. This is a part-time sub-contractor position offering up to 10 hours per week with growth potential. This position will allow you to work from your own home office.


Marketing Services Coordinator/Project Manager

The marketing services coordinator will assist in providing marketing implementation services to clients, and will also assist in management of projects for the marketing services team. The role requires knowledge of strategies and techniques used in the Internet marketing industry; significant attention to detail; excellent managerial skills, and the ability to influence team members and clients, along with expertise in one of the following skill sets:

Web Design/Development:

  • WordPress, and preferably StudioPress/Genesis theme for WordPress
  • HTML, PHP, and javascript
  • Web and graphic design using Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Google Analytics setup and integration with WordPress
  • Aweber, or comparable for newsletter setup and list management.
  • Knowledge and experience with search engine optimization a plus

Technical/Marketing Administration:

  • WordPress installation and configuration
  • Web page updates and blog posts
  • 1ShoppingCart, Infusionsoft, PayPal, and/or Volusion
  • Social media strategy, setup and management (primarily Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn)
  • Aweber or comparable for ezine and list management

This person will work largely providing marketing services, initially, but with solid project and team management skills, may have an opportunity to move into a team management role in the future as the business grows.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2-3 years experience working as either a web designer/developer or a virtual marketing assistant supporting clients with e-commerce and Internet marketing.
